PURPOSE OF COMMITTEE: To plan, organize and set-up the club’s annual Valentine Dance/Party. Although the committee members will make all the decisions about how they want to put on this party, here are some suggestions from previous years: *Refreshments are usually pot-luck style – ask those attending to bring a dessert or snack to share; *A "DJ" may be hired to handle the music; *Punch is provided by the club via the committee (call Bobbie Ranney about getting the large cooler or punch bowls may be used for a more romantic feel); *activities are often set up around the room such as make & take valentine cards, a photo booth (use a Polaroid camera), a "put someone in jail" area (you can pay x amount to put someone in jail for a certain amount of time); *Guess the candy hearts in the jar; *Cookie decorating; *Cake walks; and any other games or activities the committee wants to do.  **Members record participation on this committee in your record book under (J) Committee Member.  (Committee Chairperson put this under (F) Committee Chairperson on your PDR).

BUDGET: $ 300.00 - Give all receipts with an Expense Voucher to the club Treasurer for reimbursement - include name of committee and who to make reimbursement to on each receipt.
