PURPOSE OF
COMMITTEE: Plan and organize the potluck
dinner to be held before the Nov. Community meeting. Usually only one
meeting is needed to plan decorations and flyers for the dinner. Check the
4-H locker at the Grange Hall for paper supplies & decorations before
purchasing items. Flyers should be sent out at least one full week before
the potluck. It is best to ask ALL families to bring one main dish and
either a side dish, salad, or dessert to share. The committee is responsible for
drinks (concentrated punch mix is usually least expensive) and cups. Also, the
committee will need to arrive at the Grange Hall early enough on the night of
the dinner to set up tables and chairs. Members
can count participation on this committee in their Record Books under (J)
Committee Member. (Chairperson(s) count it under (F) Committee
Chairperson).

committee may have.
BUDGET: $ 160.00 - Give all
receipts with an Expense Voucher to the club Treasurer for reimbursement -
include name of committee and who to make reimbursement to on each receipt.
