Budget: None Nominations Calling Committee: (To be made up of adults and senior board members) There will be a special calling committee formed in April for the purpose of calling members about nominations for officers for the following year to ask if the member would like to run for any office. A script will be provided explaining the offices to be filled. The officers will be voted on at the May meeting. Adult volunteers are asked to be on this committee. **Record book info same as above. PURPOSE OF COMMITTEE:
This committee is Chaired by our 1st Vice President. Members
of this committee call all club members to remind them of special events such as
parties, potlucks, etc. You may also be asked to call first and second
year members to remind them about monthly community meetings. The more
members that are on this committee, the fewer calls each person has to make. **Members
put this in your record books under (J) Committee Member on the PDR.
