PURPOSE OF COMMITTEE: Plan the club’s annual Christmas Party. This is usually held at the Grange Hall. Snacks are potluck with drinks provided by the club (via the committee). In past years it has been asked that members bring a canned food item or new toy as admission to the party. Food items are then donated to the local Food Pantry and Toys for Tots program. Some past activities have included karaoke, dancing to a DJ, Western Line dance lessons, a cakewalk, cookie decorating, a "make your own Christmas card" table, a visit from Santa - the club has a Santa suit -, a crazy sock contest, and an ornament contest (this is usually organized by another leader). The party can be anything the committee wants it to be!   *Members active on this committee can count this as (J) Committee Member on their PDR.  The Committee Chairs count it under (F) Committee Chairperson.

BUDGET: $ 300.00 - Give all receipts with an Expense Voucher to the club Treasurer for reimbursement - include name of committee and who to make reimbursement to on each receipt.
